Keith is wonderful. I actually got the referral from another agent on the island who was a friend of mine but I didn't want to use them because I didn't want to mix friendship with business. Keith has been on the island for many years not like a lot of the other so called 'pop up' real estate agents who overprice your property to get the listing. Keith has great communication skills and always kept me informed regarding the sale of our property. We ended up getting more than the asking price so we were extremely happy. He is very professional in his approach and as we were interstate vendors (recently moving to NSW) we believe he was more than willing to assist outside the scope of what any other real estate agent would have done for us.
