My experience with Keith was outstanding. I can not fault his professionalism, knowledge nor his expertise in the market. He genuinely listened to us and in my opinion went above and beyond our expectations. I will be seeking Keith out on any future real estate decisions that we may require.
During our recent purchase of a unit on Bribie Island, Keith was the agent we returned to after dealing with him previously. He is very professional but also friendly and helpful. He always finds answers to your questions and gets back to you when he says he will. We have no trouble in referring him to others wishing to buy or sell on our beautiful island.
Keith is a consummate professional with great knowledge and insights to the local area. Its been an absolute pleasure working with you Keith thank you for always being so responsive and supportive. Kindest regards
We were extremely happy with how smoothly Keith handled the sale of our property. At every stage, we were kept informed and the communication was excellent. Keith is very knowledgeable about current market trends and provided quality advice to us. We would highly recommend him as he is very professional.
Keith is a great agent to deal with, friendly, genuine, straight forward and honest, Keith kept me up to date on every aspect and followed up accordingly, resulting in a stress free transaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Keith to anyone wanting a professional approach and will definitely use Keith in the future..
Keith was great to work with. He was responsive, pleasant to deal with, and experienced. One of the good guys. We'd do business with him again.
Keith has been a huge asset to the sale of more than one family property. Our house was listed with Keith for only 24hr when we accepted an offer. Having a good eye for matching potential buyers with properties as they arise is what gives agents like Keith the edge in the market. Thank you Keith for walking through the whole process with us, you really took away any uncertainty we had over the sales period!
He is always willing to go that step further to make sure our best interests were working for us.We have always found Keith curtious, gives his utmost best and always punctual.Keith always keeps us up to date with inspections and feed back.He has won many awards and Keith and his staff certainly deserve them. Ian & I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly relist again with Knobel & Davis in the future.
Keith had a great knowledge of the market and informed us accordingly. We had toatl confidence in Keith's advice.
Our story: We arrived on the island a month before we purchased to visit all the agents on the island and provide a summary of what we were looking for, granted this market is still highly competitive. Keith was the only one who called us with a potential property, (although we saw others online from other agents). We were thrilled to be asked and arranged an inspection the same day, we purchased then and there, it was exactly what we were looking for. Keith is an exceptional person who was always available to help out and answer questions. Truly an agent who you can trust and looks after you. We would definitely recommend that you go see Keith first and introduce yourself.
Keith was excellent in representing me for the sale of my property. He communicated almost daily via email or text which was important as I was not living in the area. The property sold very quickly due to Keith's professionalism in getting things done. The staff also were excellent in responding to my queries and requests. I would highly recommend Keith and his team.
