I have been very impressed with Kelly-Ann O'Neill. She knew the market in the local area and gave practical guidance on how to enhance the value of the property. Exceptional communication skills kept us informed without being obtrusive. However, Kelly-Ann's real skills came to the fore during negotiations where Kelly-Ann displayed a knack of getting both parties the best outcome possible.
Kelly-Ann was efficient, and rang us if there were any problems, we would recommend her to anyone that was selling. Because she lives in the area Kelly-Ann knows what is happening.

As a recent purchaser of a property and had been on the hunt for months,it was refreshing to come across a property presented by Kelly-Ann, who knew her stuff and obviously researchers the property thoroughly to better enable her to answer even the most obscure questions. Well I bought of Kelly-Ann from Craig Doyle but the service didn't end there, all the staff are brilliant, knowledgeable, professional and courteous , the correspondence from the support team was beyond reproach, even down to emails telling me what would happen next and a heap of very handy hints. All in all a very professional outfit and Kelly-Ann is so easy to deal with, follows through and always keeps you in the loop.

Kelly-Ann worked hard to sell our property, showing many people through, some several times. She did her best to minimise inconvenience to us and advised how to make the house present well for potential customers. Our property had some features that would only appeal to particular buyers and Kelly-Ann sought to attract those in particular. She was always honest in her appraisals and in expressing her opinions which helped us understand our target market and our property. We did feel that Kelly-Ann was not quite as assertive as she could have been in negotiating with potential buyers but we eventually got close to our target price despite a recent under-priced sale nearby affecting buyer expectations.
