Communication with Kelly is EXCELLENT. She always answers her mobile phone immediately over sometimes 10 hours per day rather than having to leave a message bank message. She does it even if in a meeting or driving and says "I'll call you back as soon as I can" and she always does. If an action is needed, Kelly does it immediately. Even though she is a very busy competent person, her immediate communications and actions are GREAT.

Kelly was responsive in her communication and she made the administration side of things easy. I would recommend Kelly particularly for first home sellers, but also for anyone else who does not wish to feel like they need to question the honesty, integrity and commitment of their agent in selling what is often the biggest financial and emotional 'asset' people own.
