My house was smaller than most in the area but with a big shed and landscape that was to my naturalist taste but would not have wide reaching appeal. Kelly worked hard to get the sale. Her advice was sound but my resources were limited.
I would definitely recommend and use Kelly again as our agent. We have used her twice now for selling our properties which we thought may be hard to sell with great results. Also she didn't mind having to travel quite a distance for one of them which we were very grateful for.
