Kelly was very helpful throughout the house-buying process. She was always willing to show us round properties, even when she knew we were really just confirming that the original property we looked at was right for us. She was always available when we wanted to go back to the property we had bought, and helped arrange the pest inspection and the building inspection. Her communication between us and the vendor was speedy, and she checked in on us while we were getting our loan approved. Kelly did what needed to be done, was friendly and honest with us from the start, and wasn't pushy at all. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.

I communicated with Kelly over several weeks re: the property we have now purchased, I found her very friendly and with a polite truth in our conversations. I phoned her several times not realising that it was her "day off " but she either answered or called me back! However like all reviews it has to be truthful! and we were very surprised that she initially failed to mention until the end of our second viewing that the house had a termite problem!
