However Kelly, Saige and Demi were unbelievably helpful during the purchase and settlement. In fact the team went above and beyond when, only a matter of a couple of days away from settlement, the property was willfully damaged and rendered without water and gas. Demi sprung into action straight away, had filed a police report and organized a plumber to be onsite to effect repairs that afternoon after it was reported earlier in the day.
