This is our second time using Jones & Co, I wouldn’t use anyone else after Kelly sold our first home. This time around Vincent assisted with the sale of our house. Not only is Vincent professional, he is friendly and makes you feel at ease, answering all my questions no matter the time, day or night. Our house was under offer in five days, and the whole process went smoothly. If we ever decide to move again… we’ll definitely be using Jones & Co.
Kelly’s actions were totally consistent with her words. Totally professional and delivered a great result in a couple of days with little work on my behalf. Disappointed to be honest! Started of great with Kelly initially who I engaged to property manage a rental for us. Put the house on the market which sold within 2 weeks and heard absolutely nothing from Jones and co but plenty from the Settlement agent who essentially kept us updated with the sale! I had referred a close friend to Kelly as a prospective agent in which to sell their property as well as my Mother in law to which Jones and co sold her rental as well. A nice gift was given to my mother in law but I didn't even receive a thanks for the referral, let alone a hamper/basket that everyone seems to receive. Very unusual behaviour I must admit!! Anyway. Word of mouth is a powerful advertising tool and I have already began to share my experience with friends, family and clients. I honestly don't think I would be approaching Jones and co nor Kelly to conduct any future sales or property management considering the lack of follow up after the sale.
