I want going to leave a review, but three requests to do so in as many weeks, over a year after settlement has changed my mind. Kelly was a brilliant sales person, or initial consultation filled us with confidence we were trusting the sale of our home to the right person while we moved internationally. She valued or home in the range we were hoping for and told us with the current market we could even get above asking. 3 months, an amateur marketing slate, a communication blackout and 0 offers later, were asked to sign exclusivity for a further 3 months and drop our asking price 50k with assurance we can still get the target range. A further 3 months, a drug using squatter, and more non communication about any potential issues, at last an offer.... 100K below or original ask price. On the brightside that fantastic salesperson Kelly reappeared (instead of one of the 6 or 7 personal assistants or marketing consultants we'd been accustomed to hearing from then disappearing). This time insisting that there just wasn't any more buyers out there and this was as good as we would get bit we would have to wait a further 2 months for settlement due to the buyers issues (whose home she also sold). When we had covid related delays sending documents internationally and needed an extra couple of days of course this wouldn't do. To compound our perception of incompetence, we found out that the garden had overgrown during the long settlement period and the buyer was incredibly unhappy... Something out agent might have given a heads up on since they had agreed to check up on the place at least once or twice a week..... Anyhow long story short; a long painful sales process that I would not be keen to repeat with this agent.
