Real Estate has been a larger successful part of Kelly's life since 1988 when Wade Real Estate was started by her parents Stuart and Susanne Wade.
After working as a journalist for the Warwick Daily News and then an assistant manager at Westpac Warwick, Kelly made the decision to join her parents at the real estate agency as a sales manager in 2007.
Her previous careers made the transition to a successful sales agent an easy one as she can use both her journalistic skills and banking experience to benefit her clients.
Kelly has been practising since 2007 as a sales manager but also has a full understanding of property management and worked as a senior property manager for a period in 2007 and in 2015. She keeps abreast of all legislation changes in both sales and property management.
Kelly has always received referrals from "word of mouth" and previous clients recommendations.
She loves working in real estate and is passionate about selling property in Warwick and surrounding areas.
During her time as an agent she has also undertaken extra study in real estate sales including completing her full real estate license at the REIQ in 2014.
Kelly's skill of being able to listen and understand her buyer and seller needs is one of her biggest assets in real estate.
Being a mother of four boys she thrives on helping people and enjoys the success of knowing she has found the perfect property for her clients or successfully sold a house for her vendors.
She is kind, thoughtful and driven to succeed for her clients.
Her main assets are time management skills and the flexibility of being able to work in with her clients busy schedules.
Working in a family business, her aim is to continue to build Wade Real Estate so the next generation can also enjoy being part of a happy work environment in a beautiful district.
