When informed of my desire to sell my property, Pauline assured me that she could obtain a quick sale at a price above or at least my asking price. She arranged advertising that attracted at least four buyers within a few days, and then arranged a site inspection. Two offers were made from that inspection, she recommended that one of them was very favourable, the contract was signed and settlement occurred within 30 days. I am very happy with her involvement, thoroughly recommend her as a selling agent.
