Kelsie Melville brings a fresh viewpoint to her role as an agent with Noosa Estate Agents.
Her real estate career commenced 25 years ago when working for a national franchise in the Whitsundays, first as a Property Manager, then as a Sales Assistant and finally as a Project Manager. She has now come full circle back to Real Estate and believes her life experience and her ability to talk to people from all walks of life gives her an edge.
For the last 18 years Kelsie, a successful business woman in her own right, has project managed her own investments, both commercial and residential in the Noosa area. Her knowledge of Real Estate in the local community is practical and hard won. Kelsie has raised her two girls in Noosa, managed her own business located in the Noosaville industrial precinct, while residing in Noosa Heads, Sunshine Beach and Noosaville. Her 20+ years of living and working locally gives her a wealth of knowledge to share with all home buyers and sellers.
Kelsie’s experience gained as a property stylist consultant and property renovator gives her an innate understanding of local property values, their renovation potential and what it takes to present a property for market to achieve a premium sale price in Noosa. She knows first hand what it’s like to be an investor, a first time home buyer, a builder-renovator, or a buyer updating or downsizing.
She prides herself on taking a transparent, straightforward approach to any listing and believes that there is no substitute for hard work as the key to a fast efficient sale or purchase.
