My wife and I have already recommended Carolyn to neighbours who are likely to list their property in the coming twelve months and we would have no hesitation creating the same recommendation to any prospective seller. After we bought our home from Alexander, he went well out of his way to help the seller (an elderly gentleman living on his own) navigate the challenges of moving out. Really impressive to us. Equally as important, he was phenomenal in explaining each step of the way from putting in our offer and communicating very clearly what was happening.
