Kelvin was a great Agent. He let us inspect property multip time even before we decided to short list it. He is a very good communicator, a rarity in my experience and very easy to talk to as well. He was very accommodating throughout the proceeding. Being first home buyer I had very limited knowledge of contracts and legal matters. He always took time to assist and explain the process. Overall the whole experience of buying the first home was made very easy and pleasurable by Kelvin. We did have few round of negotiations, but I was happy to make higher offer in the end, just because of the positive experience I had with Kelvin. After settlement, Kelvin took time out to give me few references for the tradesmen for the refurbishment I was planning - all of whom very reasonably priced and very professional. I am very thankful to Kelvin Lo to make my purchase such a positive experience. I am happy to highly recommend Kelvin Lo to any sellers or buyers. Kelvin was excellent...extremely enthusiastic and constantly kept in contact with us, keeping us up to date with progress. This was very important to us as we are in NSW and the property was in QLD.

Kelvin had a very difficult assignment when it came to selling our house, we had very little room to move on sale price and specific conditions that needed to be met in tight time frames as we were purchasing another property concurrently. Kelvin worked long hours to find the right buyer for our house, he considered the needs for all parties involved and was never willing to settle for less than what our family home was worth. Kelvin's negotiation and communication skills are second to none, we were never left wondering what was happening with phone calls and text messages coming through at just the right times for us. Kelvin managed multiple offers for us and when push came to shove and a contract fell over Kelvin had the foresight to have some of the buyers who had previously missed out, in the loop and ready to make another offer. We met with 12 agents prior to listing our house for sale, Kelvin stood out from the pack then and at no point in this sale process did Kelvin fail to live up to the expectations we had set from him. We would not hesitate to recommend Kelvin and if there comes a time we need to sell in Brisbane again we will most certainly be hiring Kelvin.
