We did have few round of negotiations, but I was happy to make higher offer in the end, just because of the positive experience I had with Kelvin. Kelvin had a very difficult assignment when it came to selling our house, we had very little room to move on sale price and specific conditions that needed to be met in tight time frames as we were purchasing another property concurrently.
