9 years ago I bought a central coast property through Ken's agency and opted for their property management service as well. It's always been a hassle free experience. On top of that, Ken kept house owners informed through sending a comparative market analysis report year in year out. Thus I would have a much better understanding of the realistic valuation of my property, which was the key to my decision to sell my property this year to raise fund for another property acquisition. During the whole selling process, Ken laid out an optimal pricing strategy according to my preference and adjusted his valuation to set a proper expectation after discovering some restrictive factors of the land. He has also shown superior negotiation skills while liaising with potential buyers. The final outcome was a selling price very close to the auto-valuation, which was already an achievement given the constraints mentioned above.
