While looking for our first home we found Ken was a refreshing change from the other real estate agents we were dealing with. Think Ken has a good understanding on all aspects of the sale process. His back-up should be upgraded though. Like most vendors, its unsure if any agent is acting for the vendor or a combination of purchaser/vendor when final price is being negotiated. I would use Ken again.
