So when it came time to sell my property, Ken seemed like the right guy; he'd be willing to put up with my endless questions and demands. And he did. Nice guy to be around, and completely helpful when it comes to selling your property.

Think Ken has a good understanding on all aspects of the sale process. His back-up should be upgraded though. Like most vendors, its unsure if any agent is acting for the vendor or a combination of purchaser/vendor when final price is being negotiated. I would use Ken again.
