Ken was honest, responsive and clear with his communication throughout the purchasing process. When we decided to make an initial offer before auction, Ken passed this along to the owners and even though it wasn't accepted we were informed promptly of the owners decision. We ended up going for an auction for another property but did not have any luck with that. Ken called the day after the auction to find out how we went and after we advised him we did not win the auction we subsequently decided to put in another offer a few days later which was then accepted by the owners.
