House sold ok took a while but now sold

The whole experience was easy ,Kendall did a open house,and worked alot with the internet,in no time at all while l was in hospital innBrisbane,my house was sold.I got a good price ,and the rest is history.I will recommend her fast and efficient and as a plus ,she is a lovely bubbly human being,thanks Kendall you will always have my support,in hindsight It was easy.

Even though Kendall works for the seller, she was so kind and accommodating towards us. She gave us plenty of time to view the property and with the sellers approval, allowed us to view the house on our own later that day. The whole legal process went smoothly and we are now the excited owners of a new house.

We contacted Kendall about a property that she had listed to advise her that we were rather time poor and could only get to see it on a Sunday. This wasn't a problem for Kendall she simply moved the open home to Sunday just for us. We loved the property and made an offer that Sunday and it was accepted, and the contract signed later that afternoon. Kendall was excellent to deal with, fast and efficient while offering good old customer service. Kendall, the selling agent, has been very open and honest in the process of us purchasing this property. We have been so happy to work wither on this purchase. We were ready to pull the contract as the seller was so slow to sign after accepting our offer, but Kendall persuaded us to wait a little longer. The ad placed in Domain was accurately represented the property. Kendall showed us the property and had local knowledge of the market and properties available. Kendall professionally presented our offers and then contract to the seller. The Seller/Landlord took 2 weeks to sign the contract but did not check it allowed sufficient notice for the tenant to vacate before settlement. Therefore Conditions of the Contract could not be met on Settlement Date. The seller with resistance paid compensation of $10,000 for this lack of due diligence. Kendall maintained good communication throughout the purchase process, right through to settlement. We actually kept her up to date more than the seller and seller solicitor as their communication was poor at most times. Our experience with Kendall has been has been great! We would buy or sell with her agin. She is a refreshing and vibrant personality in the Real Estate industry, displaying a genuine, down to earth, honest persona and professional knowledge.

Kendall was very pushy & due to her lack of knowledge I lost over $12000. She admitted her error & offered compensation but then refused to honour it. I would stay away from this agent as she will push you into something that benefits herself & the buyer. She is dishonest and unprofessional. if I could give her a 0 rating I would. She is not to be trusted.
