From building raport with the tenant and making sure she was comfortable throughout the sale, organising and meeting all third party tradies early morning or late evening to get the property up and ready for market, to the final inspection spending time yourself to clean a few areas so that all is ready for the buyer to move in. Living interstate all of this would have been quite difficult as we didn’t know anybody in Cairns. You were so generous with your time and onto it straight away.
