Find Another Agency !!!

Do not be fooled by their so called market dominance. We were highly dissatisfied with their conduct. They over estimated the value of our home by a significant amount to secure the listing - alarming given how these guys' suggest they are best in class ! Never had one call from our co-agent Alexander Philips throughout the process. They work over the Vendor harder than the buyers. I STRONGLY RECOMEND SEEKING ALTERNATIVE REPRESNATION (enough said)

Efficient and Experienced Agent

Kenji is a very professional , efficient and experienced agent. During the campaign, he kept in touch regularly and was always available to discuss any concerns. As I don't live in Sydney any longer, Kenji handled the all the preparation and marketing of the unit and did an admirable job in the negotiations.I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.

Would work with Kenji again in a heart beat!

Kenji and the PPD team were beyond a dream to work with. From the outset, Kenji was warm and patient. He took every effort to keep us informed and up to date with the sale process and regularly held private inspections for those interested in viewing the property outside the scheduled times. Kenji was open to listening to our feedback and put our needs first. We can't thank Kenji enough for his time and effort and we would definitely work with him again.

Working with Kenji was a pleasure and establishing fantastic rapport took him no time at all. Kenji did however take time to understand perspective and objectives, was very proactive in delivering updates throughout the process and brokered an extremely great outcome. In all interactions Kenji has shown professional maturity, acumen, high degree of skill, and was delightful to work with. We do note see ourselves working with any other agent moving forward.

An outstanding job

Kenji proved to be an excellent choice of agent. His knowledge of the building and market were invaluable. Practically he made the whole process seamless by providing all the back-up needed and he communicated regularly to keep me informed. He managed to find 3 bidders only 2 weeks into the process which culminated in a satisfactory price being achieved prior to auction.
