I would like to highly recommend Kerri for the excellent job she did selling our property. From day 1 Kerri's communication was first class giving updates and feedback every step of the way pre and post open days / inquiries and through the contract period, with both the buyer and seller. She was very informative , professional and caring making the process Stress Free for everyone involved. Thanks again Kerri for a job well done.

Kerri made the buying experience exciting. She kept in touch through the stages of contract being flexible and accommodating to our work hours and distance from Armstrong beach. She answered our questions and provided recommendations when we asked about building and pest. Kerri was so friendly and jovial making buying a beach house a dream that it is, sharing our enthusiasm and never in a rush connecting with each of us feeling like chatting to a lifelong friend. Kerri went out of her way to do the pre settlement inspection in the early evening when suited us by video chat taking time to check things we asked about. Thanks Kerri. We highly recommend Kerri to future buyers.
