A humongous THANK YOU to Kerri McIntyre from Explore Property in Mackay who sold our 2 homes almost before we could blink. The quick sales were influenced by a few key factors I believe. The biggest factor being KERRIE MCINTYRE. We were amazed at how quickly our first house sold, AND secured a great price in a very low market. Perhaps this was a bit flukey? Then we sold the next house in an even shorter timeframe. As first home buyers it was a little daunting deciding to purchase our first home, where to buy where not to buy? What to offer or what not to offer?
