A humongous THANK YOU to Kerri McIntyre from Explore Property in Mackay who sold our 2 homes almost before we could blink. The quick sales were influenced by a few key factors I believe. The biggest factor being KERRIE MCINTYRE. We were amazed at how quickly our first house sold, AND secured a great price in a very low market. Perhaps this was a bit flukey? Then we sold the next house in an even shorter timeframe. With both sales Kerri continued to point us in the right direction with how to present the house, what people are looking for, guidance with the asking price while being honest about the market and our expectations.
