I really liked the story of the house Kerry and Tania shared when I did inspection - nothing fancy, but it helped me as a first home buyer to make the decision. They also managed all the other steps very well, communicated promptly. Overall, great experience.
Kerry's advice and professionalism was undoubtedly the reason this sale went through with no fuss. She humoured me when I listened to everyone else and wanted to first list at a high price, and evidently it sold for bang on what she told me it was worth from initial consultation. Our experience with Kerry Ah Chin. Where do we start 😁 Our experience in selling our house was a roller coaster. We had no intentions on selling. Kerry approached us if we wanted to sell. After much contemplating we decided we will Give it a go. Kerry had interest straight away, contracts fell thru but she was able To pull us thru the finish line within a few months and our house was SOLD! We found Kerry very professional and honest in her dealings. She had always kept us updated with information and never let us hanging. Her communication skills and knowledge was on Point👌 Very lovely Lady who we felt was genuine in wanted to help our family.
