Kerry is amazing! She bent over backwards throughout the entire process and I would gladly recommend her services as an agent. my Property was tenanted during the advertising process and Kerry was a dream working between the rental agent and tenant. Mine was a reluctant sale. I was quite stressed. Kerry made the process as easy as possible for me. She handled issues that arose at the property such as trees falling down on the morning of open homes, cleaners when the tenant hadn’t quite gotten to it. Kerry is an amazing real estate agent. She was my chosen real estate out of three, purely based on her warmth and knowledge of the area. After a week it was clear that I was dealing with a professional. The house was on the internet in a week and in the paper after a week and a half. The house sold in three days for above my asking price. When we had our initial meeting Kerry told me she would be in touch once a week, it was daily during the sale then every three days until it went unconditional. The communication was outstanding and she was very flexible around my shift working hours and happy to meet my schedule. My tenants were not accommodating for the sale, however Kerry managed to only inconvenience them for one day and get me the price that I wanted. I can not recommend her highly enough. If you use Kerry Ah-Chin as a real estate you will not be disappointed.
