I found Kerry Ah Chin very personable and engaging during the inspection of the property and throughout the process of purchase. I found her open and honest within the legal constraints of Real Estate selling protocols and was impressed with her maintaining boundaries in a respectful manner, which ensured a positive and professional image of her and the organisation she works for. I would deal with Kerry if the opportunity arises in the future. I cannot provide a true comment on her knowledge of the Market as I was only focused on the property of interest at the time. However Kerry was able to provide me with a broader understanding of the ownership profile generally in the Manoora area, and it was this information that assisted with my decision to purchase in Manoora. Finally, being an Indigenous person, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to be dealing with an Indigenous sales person in the Real Estate business.
