We were very pleased with the way you handled everything. You were very professional in your approach to queries and questions we had. You were upfront and honest about the fixtures and fittings in the house. Especially those that the previous owners wanted to take with them. You allowed us time to consider our circumstances before we signed a contract. You also kept in contact throughout the whole process. Although we didn't ask for a pre inspection you made that extra effort to make sure the house and garden were presentable for handover. You followed through after the sale to make sure everything was okay.
