Kerry-Anne's understanding of market, buyers and properties is impressive. My husband and I met her while viewing a property she was selling and fell in love with her as an agent and a person. We trusted her with renting out our apartment with the plan to sell it once the market is right. We are so happy as she has found us such lovely tenants and subsequently she encouraged us to go to market when she felt it was right and it was! We sold at price that we felt was right and the buyer came. Kerry-Anne achieved an amazing price for the apartment and set a good record for the property and location.
