Kerry was fantastic in helping us buy our new home. We were interstate buyers who flew up for the weekend to check out areas. We saw a house she was advertising and Kerry arranged for us to have our own private inspection prior to the auction which was the same day. She wanted us to have adequate time to think about it before the auction commenced. We ended up buying at auction that day and Kerry helped us secure the property despite not having the full deposit ready (as we weren’t planning to buy). We had various issues with our bank as we had a short settlement, and Kerry was able to help us get the documents we required to settle on time. This should have been our lawyer’s job however as they were incompetent Kerry went above and beyond to help us settle on time. Kerry was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend her services. She is one of a few agents who actually care about the people and not just the commission.
