We were very fortunate to have appointed Kerry Sullivan from Richardson and Wrench, Coolum, as our agent to sell our home in Peregian Springs. He sought to find the best price he could for our home and succeeded in achieving that. He kept us regularly updated throughout the sale and settlement process. We have no hesitation in recommending Kerry who is an attentive and active sales agent.
This is the second time we have had the pleasure of purchasing a home with Kerry's help. His knowledge of the local market is a real asset. In our experience we have really valued his ability to effectively connect buyers and sellers. His professional and friendly approach has made this process a real pleasure (again). Thank you Kerry!
From the start Kerry was very professional and a great communicator. He clearly has great knowledge of the market and it's conditions, and immediately met our expectations with regard to a potential selling price. The final selling price exceeded our expectations and was achieved within a very short space of time. I would highly recommend Kerry to other people thinking of selling their homes.
Kerry was extremely professional in his dealings with us in purchasing our property in Coolum Beach. It was a pleasure to deal with a straightforward agent with excellent integrity and ethics! I recommend him highly and will be dealing with him in future.
We appreciate the listing enquiry being responded to within one day. The appraisal within two days and a buyer sourced within one week. You achieved the high end of your appraisal and had a seamless settlement. Thank you for your professionalism, happy vendors.
I found Kerry extremely professional, polite & more than helpful. Under extremely difficult conditions presented at the open, Kerry's attitude to all potential buyers was polite & respectful. Kerry has been amazing in the ease of the preparation for the signing of contracts, building inspection and numerous questions that I have bombarded him with. I have brought & sold numerous homes, &Kerry is the most professional, polite, & informative agent , that I have had the pleasure to deal with.
Kerry was fantastic to deal with. He was transparent and always had time for us. Nothing was ever an issue and we feel he went over and above what was required from an agent. He did everything he said and we recommend him highly.
Kerry really is "Mr Peregian" his view of the market was absolutely first rate. I was always suspicious of agents 'over quoting' to secure our property listing, but Kerry was spot on with his valuation range, and then went hard to achieve the best possible outcome. Always responded to calls within minutes, and went that extra mile to ensure a hassle free sale.
We first heard about Kerry when our friends were on there 3rd agent with no luck of sale. He sold there property in a hard times so we decided to give him a go. There where 3 things I like about Kerry. * Honesty * His knowledge of the local area * Most of all his communication We were very nieve about selling our first home but Kerry guided us through it and we came out with a bit of a win. I would not hesitate to recommend Kerry. Thanks Kerry for your hard work - regards Jacko
From day 1, Kerry was professional and understanding. He was knowledgeable of sales in the area and kept us well informed throughout the process.
We found Kerry to be very honest and easy to deal with. He made the whole buying process non stressful and very straightforward. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kerry as a realestate agent if you are considering selling your place .
The moment Kerry walked through our door and we chatted, we knew that this was the guy we could trust to sell our home. He was very confident and knowledgeable, but above all he was honest. Kerry had multiple interested buyers within 5 days of our house hitting the market and a signed contract a couple of days later. He always kept us well informed and updated daily on the progress, and we were encouraged to contact him anytime with any questions. Thanks Kerry on a job well done!!!
