I listed my house with Kerry as he really impressed me when I met him at an open house. He was really knowledgeable about the area, as well as being up to speed with the market. There was no fear mongering, pushing or negatives of the house he was selling and I knew straight away he was an exceptional agent . All aspects of the sale were handled smoothly, and we achieved a great result for both parties.
Throughout the entire process from the first phone call to settlement day Kerry was a professional. We found him to be reliable and honest. He was always prompt and clear with his communication. Even after the settlement day, Kerry was happy to answer a few questions for us about our new house which is indicative of his consideration and care for people. We would readily recommend Kerry to our friends and family and also utilise Kerry's skills for any future real estate dealings for us in the future.
Honest , hard working and a good communicator . Wouldn’t hesitate to use his service again.
Kerry was the selling agent for our property. He always kept me informed of progress during the marketing process and he overcame any difficulties we encountered effectively and efficiently. We obtained a great outcome when selling our property and Kerry Sullivan was an essential part of this process.
The right buyer was found quickly for my character property. Kerry was considerate of my situation. A bit of a rush to pack and leave was the stressful part. Overall I am happy with the result.
Kerry was the first real estate agent I spoke to and knew I didn't have to go to anywhere else, he is very approachable and knows what he was talking about. I cannot speak highly enough about Kerry.
Thanks to Kerry we were able to purchase our new property in the busy christmas period. As we were away Kerry organised everything so we could do it all electronically which was great. He also helped us secure a fair price for the home in a rapidly increasing market in our area. I would recommend Kerry to any prospective buyer or seller as in my opinion Kerry tries to do the best he can for both parties.
Kerry exceeding my expectations. I felt really looked after, the sale was stress free and I was happy & relaxed the whole time. He was very sensitive & professional to my needs. My house sold in less than 24 hr with no open home for a fantastic price, couldn’t have asked for better.
Kerry sold my house before it was even listed and for more than the asking price. You don't get much better than that. I can definitely recommend Kerry as an excellent selling agent to handle your most expensive asset.
Kerry’s such a legend to deal with. Professional, genuine and honest - rare in real estate agents these days. Tells the truth and wants the best for his clients. Win/win situations are his bread and butter - just really cares about the people he interacts with and smooth transactions.
Kerry's knowledge of the market is first-class. His experience and pleasant demeanor contributed to a stress-free and positive sales result.
