Kerry was the agent I dealt with during the purchase of my home on the Sunshine Coast. Right throughout the whole process (from inspection to moving in) Kerry went above and beyond to ensure the process was conducted fairly and executed activities not normally expected from an Estate Agent. Our move from interstate was impacted due to the Corona virus, however Kerry ensured our move went as smooth as possible by working with the Removalist company to provide them access to the property and ensured our furniture was placed in the right rooms, organised a pool cleaner to come the day before we arrived so we could use the pool immediately. Even since we moved in Kerry has been proactive in following up on activities; carpet repair and suspected water leak from the water meter. Kerry has extensive knowledge of the local area and conducts himself in a very professional manner. I have sold/brought several homes and Kerry without hesitation has been the standout Real Estate Agent - highly recommended.
