I evaluated 6 agents, using criteria I considered vital before choosing Kerry to sell our house. From the outset he was involved in the preparation, presentation and marketing of our home. All of our dealings were conducted professionally and courteously, with the common goals of a quick sale at a fair price being the objective. He kept us fully informed as to the level of interest, and offers, as they came in. Right up until the day of signing the contract he was bringing prospects to view the house in order to ensure we achieved the best possible result. I am happy to endorse him, and would gladly use him again, if/ when we next need to sell.
