As I write this review I am still astounded that Keryn had a buyer for my home after the first Open House and at 20K above the asking price - we exchanged yesterday! I first met Keryn four years ago when she sold my neighbour's property. We chatted a number of times and I found her to be friendly and very informative. She made such a great impression that when I decided to sell she was my first choice. At our first meeting to discuss the sale I was so pleased to find Keryn as I remembered her, friendly and outgoing with a fabulous sense of humour. She sat down with me and outlined a sales strategy, carefully explaining all the details, fully answering all my questions and most importantly addressing and discussing my fears and concerns, she truly put my mind at ease. It then proceeded just as Keryn said it would: Photos, house up and live online, open house, SALE! It was just incredible. She understands the stress of selling and was there to offer her support whenever required.
