Keryn was engaged by the family to assist in the selling of my late mothers home in Wynyard Tas. Keryn Newman from LJ Hooker Wynyard, initially provided the appraisal valuation of the property and the commission rates were very completive compared to the other Wynyard R/E Agents. Once the property was listed, Keryn provided regular feedback in respect to how she felt prospective buyers viewed the property that was been sold. Whilst we as a family were nervous at first, as to whether or not the asking price would be realised on property. After approximately 60 days we had two very interested buyers that put in offers and based on the information provided along with Keryn's guidance we accepted the offer. Settlement was then effected 30 days post contract going unconditional. Would we use Keryn again?
