Keryn was engaged by the family to assist in the selling of my late mothers home in Wynyard Tas. Keryn Newman from LJ Hooker Wynyard, initially provided the appraisal valuation of the property and the commission rates were very completive compared to the other Wynyard R/E Agents. Once the property was listed, Keryn provided regular feedback in respect to how she felt prospective buyers viewed the property that was been sold. Whilst we as a family were nervous at first, as to whether or not the asking price would be realised on property. After approximately 60 days we had two very interested buyers that put in offers and based on the information provided along with Keryn's guidance we accepted the offer. Settlement was then effected 30 days post contract going unconditional. Would we use Keryn again? Most definitely her level of professionalism, availability of her and her team at LJ Hooker Wynyard was excellent and they were all very understanding of out situation.

We chose Keryn from three Agents who presented their campaign plans to sell our home. It became clear her calmness, practical approach, market knowledge and experience in selling homes at this level would work in our favour. The sale price recommendation lined up with our own expectations and roughly the same from the other submissions so we agreed to the plan with a stipulation that we are people who like to be told what's going on, good or bad. From the outset, Keryn kept us informed on the progress of the photo shoots, advertising plans and market interest. Early offers were assessed and discussed frankly. In the second week, we accepted an offer at the asking price as it met all our criteria including no "chain" or variations to the contract.
