We enlisted Keryns' Sold Agency after watching her sell our neighbors property, not only in record time but for an excellent price. Keryn was the most courteous, driven and well informed agent we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her ideas and sales techniques were forward thinking and to the point, and got she the results. Our property sold within the two weeks and above the asking price. My wife and I were absolutely blown away, Keryn stood right by us during both the selling and purchasing process and was invaluable the whole process from start to finish. We would recommend anyone who needs the right results and advise to give Keryn a go, you won't be disappointed.

I will be recommending this agent to all my friends. Professional at every stage, willing, helpful, in everyway.

We took a leap of faith and decided to do some renovations to our house that were suggested by Keryn to try and maximise sale price and broaden it's appeal. We used trades people recommended by her and were very happy with the professionalism and quality of their service. We achieved the result we wanted and were very happy with the full compliment of skills and services Keryn offered. We would thoroughly recommend her.

Travelling from Melbourne to look for properties was stressful enough and we were not looking forward to the unknown of looking for a property to purchase in QLD. Keryn was a Godsend. Not only did she have unlimited helpful and informative information about the surrounding area, schools etc she also brought toys for our baby to play with and watched him while we viewed the property. She never once pressured us or gave us the "hard-sell" and I felt she was working with a genuine quality I have never come across in a Sales Rep before. I could always contact her and she kept in touch through out the settlement process and was still going out of way even after the purchase to assist our queries. Will defiantely be signing her on for more purchases in the near future. I am giving Keryn 110 / 100 for professionalism and likability. A big thanks to you Keryn ;)

Neither my husband or I had ever sold before and felt really nervous and anxious, Keryn when contacted had done her homework on the area and the market. All information was well presented, easy to read and Keryn spent the time going through everything. Keryn also kept in contact throughout the whole process and kept us informed. Keryn also spent time going through the house and made suggestions for improvements to get the house ready for sale and inspection. Although time consuming and annoying we did everything that Keryn asked and the results speak for themselves. Our house was on the market less than 24 hours when Keryn recieved 2 requests for viewing before open house. This resulted in 2 offers and one of these signed a contract with a substantial deposit & all by day 3 of being on the market. SOLD what a ride and it was easy. Keryn was also helpful in our questions about purchasing and provided information and advice which assisted us in our new purchase. Would highly recommend Keryn to anyone selling or buying, and would recommend adhering to any suggestions Keryn provides.
