I didn’t know that honest and reliable real estate agents existed until I met Keryn. The entire process was handled with such professionalism. Keryn’s local knowledge, warm persona and eye for detail, made the selling process a dream! I cannot recommend Keryn and Sold Real Estate highly enough. It was a pleasure to work with Keryn and I would happily do so again

From the beginning to end of our sale Keryn was friendly helpful and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained in detail. We had a unique property that could have been difficult to sell, but the marketing was amazing and we sold quite quickly with a fabulous contract . Thanks so much Keryn,we so appreciate everything you did for us . We would highly recommend Sold property group .

Keryn was extremely professional, knowledgeable and made the process of selling a house so simple, particularly given our interstate move. She kept us informed every step of the way and presented a great offer which we accepted after only the first open home. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Keryn is lovely, easy to talk to and would recommend her to anyone.

Keryn was a great agent to deal with. She was always contactable and kept me updated along the way. Keryn is very friendly and accommodated house visits and seller interactions. Thanks!

Keryn is a fantastic agent - she communicates clearly and concisely and a professional of the highest order. We would thoroughly recommend Keryn and the Sold Property Group to anyone.

We are selling our home and building a new one at the same time. We were expecting high level of stress. Keryn arranged the repairing and home staging for us, the work is professionally done with an very affordable price. Before we know, the house was sold and has more than 1 offers. The price we got is at the highest end of our estate.

Keryn has acted as our agent for the last 2 years. She was the successful agent following a formal interview with 3 other agents. From the moment we met Keryn we knew we had someone who was prepared to go the extra mile and work tirelessly to ensure we could obtain the best sale price possible. Her advice and engagement throughout the journey was exemplary. I will always sell with Keryn from here on in. She has lifted the game for real estate agents in Brisbane. Keryn was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

I have now bought and sold a property with Keryn. I would never go to any other agent. She is knowledgeable and professional, but also very friendly and supportive. She is always willing to 'go the extra mile', such as bringing some staging items for the photos and open house at no extra cost. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Keryn was professional whilst personal at the same time. She invested a lot of effort and resources into presenting our home for both realestate.com.au and social media, including a complimentary clean prior to photographs and a video. We had high traffic during every home open and a lot of viewings outside of the home opens. We also received a complimentary clean prior to the pre-settlement inspection. Our sale presented some unexpected challenges outside of ours and Keryn's control however she handled these matters and assisted and guided us exceptionally to achieve a great result. We highly recommend her to anyone for any property type in any area. David and Chantelle Watts

Being 'out of city' residents the logistics and challenges of preparing our property for sale after years of tenanting seemed overwhelming, however Keryn made this all happen and we could not have been happier with the result. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the real estate industry and communication was excellent. Keryn was always prompt in returning your calls. Her calmness in managing unexpected situations that arose during the sale process (and there was a few) was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Keryn as an Agent and wish her success in her future ventures.

We would like to extend to you our appreciation for your brilliant efforts on our behalf. Your excellent service, frequent communication and professionalism, made the sale process so much easier for us. We knew instantly that we had selected the right person. The sale of the house feels like a miracle. Thank you Keryn for getting it sold. Joe, Mimma & Luca
