Dealing with both Kevin and Mark at Waterfront Properties was a pretty laid back experience. Neither were pushy and just seemed like genuine blokes. They also helped iron out some wrinkles in my floating floor boards (figuratively speaking!). Kevin is a trustworthy real estate agent. Who was responsive to my needs. I purchased a property interstate. And he built trust with me over the phone. A circa 90 day settlement was required, owing to the sale of another property. He had the lawns and gardens maintained just prior to sale. I would deal with this fellow again.
