Following late access to our unit we were made to move in without having the unit cleaned or properly presented for hand over. Documentation regarding building features and functions including safety instructions were never passed to the purchaser and tenants were left to fend for themselves. Upon moving in defects found were attended in a hap hazard way by both yourselves and the builders representative Dane, with the problem being passed from one to the other and the tenant being left angry and frustrated. Your treatment and handling regarding the difference in the interest paid on our original deposit for purchase of our unit has left a very foul taste with both myself and Shirley as i believe that you made little if no effort to rectify this problem first blaming the Commonwealth Bank, then my Solicitors and finally myself and Shirley, whilst at all times it was you that was at fault. This statement has been supported by your own sale staff. Kevin you once stated that if you were wrong then you would return the moneys at stake , we are still waiting. In conclusion we are pleased that thanks to no effort from yourself we have settled in our new home but would be very weary to use you office and services again.
