After interviewing several real estate agents we decided on Kevin Fan. The moment we met Kevin we felt very comfortable with what he was offering in his role as an agent. He had a very professional manner whilst being friendly and approachable, which enabled us to build trust and confidence in his ability to do an excellent job. Kevin was recommended to me by a great broker at Furnell finance group. I was instantly impressed by Kevin’s professionalism, hard work and positive attitude. Throughout the whole process he kept us informed of market conditions, comparable sales of properties and buyers’ feedback from the home open. Kevin would have weekly meeting with us in which he would give us very detailed reports: on buyers, similar property sales and our suburb. He would routinely stay back 15-20 minutes after the home open closed, to talk to any prospective buyers. Now to put that in perspective when we were looking to buy this home from the previous agents when we visited the 2nd time they were rushing us out of the home because it was near closing time and that is the exact reason, I did not use them to sell my house I found them rude and arrogant. I think Kevin’s hard work can be summarised by an example. Kevin had been in tough negotiations with a buyer who had made an offer on our house they had been talking for hours in his office but the buyer still wasn’t budging, so Kevin offered to meet him afterhours at the buyers’ home where he stayed negotiating until 9pm. It was directly because of his strong work ethic that we got the price we wanted and I know for a fact NO other agent would have worked that hard for us. It honestly felt like Kevin was selling his own home, I didn’t feel like just another customer to Kevin, I always felt Kevin had my best interests at heart. The property market was quite soft when we were looking to sell and I can 100% guarantee we would not have sold our house for the price we wanted if it was not for Kevin and his great team at Harcourts. I would highly recommend you use Kevin Fan to sell, buy or lease your property, it is an absolute pleasure to deal with a professional like him.

I am very pleased to tell you of the highly satisfying and professional experience I have just been through with Director Kevin Fan and Sales Consultant Brian Wang for the sale of our home in Bentleigh East [November 2018.] It was a short, intense and ultimately successful marketing campaign, covering adverts in the local Leader newspaper, an internet campaign and walk around of local streets AND postal drops to the neighbourhood. We received multiple daily updates from both Kevin & Brian and were always up to date on where the marketing campaign was. As well as, weekly status reports via email to show us statistics on marketing trends for our local area and details of weekly ‘Open House’ showing numbers. Hi Kevin, When my vendor approached me as their advocate, to source out a good agent to sell their home they had 3 agents in mind! After interviewing them I knew Harcourts Oakleigh and in particulat yourself would be a good match for them. I conveyed to them the main criteria in choosing an agent and your market knowledge and credibility were the key reasons they selected you . The campaign got of to a flying start but unfortunately the real estate market took a huge downturn from end of October and buyer numbers got scarce. However you and Brian did not lose hope and kept soldering on and worked hard to get buyers there. Talking about Brian!! What a hardworking, energetic and pleasant young man you have working by your side! So approachable, friendly and a good communicator! My vendors knew you both worked hard through this difficult real estate market and adjusted their thought process with regard to price by auction day to help get the deal together.
