on any purchase to do with Portland Kevin is my first contact

Very accurate assessment of the value of property and kept us up to date with his marketing strategy. Achieved a better result than expected in a short period of time.

I had an awesome buying experience with Happ purchasing my home. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, always returned my calls, and understood exactly what I was looking for.

sold my house in 4 days not bad if talk out week end it was 2 days

We would certainly recommend the team at Assets for their great service. Kevin Hughes was very helpful and obliging throughout our time inspecting some of your properties. He was extremely reliable, had a very pleasant manner, and went about his business in a very efficient way.

I am from Interstate. Rang Kevin on Monday, saw the house at 11am Wednesday. Sold, deposit paid within 1 hour. Contract was mailed and signed a few days later. Would not have been possible without Kevin's efficient coordination

From appraisal to knowledge of the market to sale Kevin Hughes has impressed. Kevin's enthusiastic and competent manner with matching the right people with the right home I believe have resulted in a speedy sale. Thank you Kevin. Geoff & Cassie Stuchbery

Very happy with all Hap’s helping in finding us the right home.
