Having lived and raised our two children on a farm-let 10 minutes from Portland for the last 16 years we decided it was time to move back into Portland. Kevin sold our property. Negotiations were smooth and well handled but settlement was short. This gave us limited time to find a suitable place. We inspected several properties but none suited our needs. Then Kevin showed us a property that was a little higher than we had budgeted for but was just perfect for our living needs. The deal was done.
