from our first meeting and consequent time viewing suitable properties, we found Kevin (happ) to be one of the nicest people we have ever met. when we explained our budget and needs we were taken to exactly what we were looking for in about eight potential properties, the obvious knowledge of the local area along with a patient and pleasant manor endeared him to us in a very short time. following our return to Healesville, Kevin's follow up contacts were prompt but not pushy, once we were ready to buy he made the whole thing effortless, and since then has assisted us further many times with things not normally expected from a real estate agent.
