I had the pleasure of working with Kevin O’Brien from Jellis Craig Real Estate (Armadale/Richmond) in the recent sale of my home. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my suburb even though it was not within his usual area, and went above and beyond to guide me expertly through every step of the sales campaign. Kevin immediately gained my trust with his vast experience, attention to detail, calmness, excellent communication and genuine care, and he also made sure that I felt comfortable and fully informed every step of the way. As our auctioneer, he made sure that what could have been a stressful day, was instead very smooth, calm and straightforward. And we achieved our desired sale price! In addition, he was in touch during the settlement period to liaise with the purchaser as required, and to answer questions about the purchase of my new property! I would highly recommend Kevin O'Brien and Dawn Meyer for the sale of houses or apartments in the Stonnington area. I came across them when I was a buyer (having had experience with multiple selling agencies) and found them to be transparent and great to deal with, so when it came time to sell I had no hesitations in appointing them. They are both genuine, down to earth and dedicated agents who worked extremely hard to achieve a great result in the more difficult apartment market. Their communication throughout the auction campaign and sales process was excellent and I was always kept informed and updated. They were proactive in running an organised and effective auction campaign and they took initiative and went the extra mile in following up queries for buyers. They provided valuable insights into the market and gave me good advice, however I never felt pressured into accepting any offers or making any decisions. Kevin, Dawn and Lauren are a fantastic team who are extremely professional but also lovely and easy to deal with.
