This is the second time I have used Kevin to sell a property and both sales have exceeded my expectations. The was nothing Kevin wouldn’t do to get the property ready for sale. This was extremely beneficial as I was in Sydney and unable to come to Queensland. Kevin convinced me to “style” the property which I was somewhat reluctant to do initially, however it was the best advice I could have received. It’s the old adage of take advice from a professional who is active in the current market rather than thinking you know best. Kevin provided an assessment of what work needed to be done to ensure the property was at its best. (e.g., painting landscaping etc). The marketing campaign was a huge success, and the first open home was “swamped” potential buyers. The result was a flood of offers all of which came in with a serious offer. I was very pleased with the final price I agreed on (it wasn’t the highest offer, but it had no conditions attached) I highly recommend Kevin to vendors who want to sell their property.
