kev was great! got recommended by a friend of a friend and he did not disappoint. very good local knowledge and since i don’t live in cairns anymore his detailed knowledge was priceless. he knew the right time to put it on the market and the best way to advertise and do open homes. had tenants in my house and he made friends with them and gave them a bottle of wine and made the whole process painless for them. even when the first buyer i had fell through he kept very positive and quickly found another buyer who paid above above asking price because of kevs handy work. very down to earth bloke who is a real people pleaser and hard worker. if i ever move back to cairns i’ll be calling him for sure
