It was a pleasure dealing with Kevin as he is friendly, has good communication skills and understands his industry well. This meant he was able to respond to most queries and would follow through on anything he needed to do a bit more research on. If he couldn't answer the phone due to another meeting he would call back ASAP.

From the get go, Kevin was in the ball in terms of excellent communication and sales ability. He did not give up until a sale was made at a price that I was happy with. He was very responsive to any of my queried and if I wasn't able to get him in the phone, he always ensured that he called me back at the earliest opportunity.
