I've given Kiel ratings of 5 out of 5 across the board. That might seem exaggerated, but I really couldn't think of any good reason to rate him any lower than that. He handled the recent sale of my mother's two-bedroom unit in Bondi and was an excellent agent, in my view - and here's why: - he was sensitive to the circumstances of this sale (my mother's unit, after she passed away last year); - he was very pleasant and courteous to deal with - simply put, he's a good guy, backed up by a proficient team; - he had an impressive track record of dealing with the Public Trustee, executor of my mother's will, and that swayed my choice in selecting him in the first place given how difficult that organisation can be to work with; - he communicated effectively, realising that as important as this sale was to me I was also very busy with life/work/family too, and connected with me when needed; - he knew the market inside out and got a price that exceeded my expectations. Everyone's circumstances - and personalities - are a bit different but if you're looking for an agent who will not only operate smoothly and effectively to get you a good price but also be a very decent individual to interact with in the process, then I couldn't recommend Kiel and the LJ Hooker team at Bondi Beach highly enough.
