Kieran facilitated the purchase of my new home at Oatley before Auction. He got a good price for the seller, and because of his great follow through I was able to settle on the house I sold, and my new purchase on the same day, within 3 weeks of the Oatley purchase. This would not have happened if Kieran had not taken the time to follow through with the sellers and the solicitors on both sides to make sure all the paperwork aligned on time. My house was somewhat difficult to sell but Kieran applied his extensive property marketing knowledge and database and was able to achieve a great result in quick time. We sold before Auction! Kieran kept in touch at every step in the process and this was so helpful and informative.

Selling the family home is always an extremely daunting experience. Kieron and the team ensured that from our very first meeting, all of our concerns were listened to, our ideas considered and any decision that were made were done as a collective. This partnering approach coupled with a great level of communication through the process built a really strong dynamic between Kieron his team and our family. We did meet with other agents in the beginning and had planed to have additional meetings with each of them before we made the decision of who we'd list with. After our first meeting with Kieron we knew immediately this was the direction we would take. From the advertising, to the marketing to the signage to the branding etc.....it was all superbly arranged and executed. Letting people into your family home, to view, judge and experience what means so much to us is a really complex emotional journey, however at no stage did we feel uncomfortable or saddened. When we sell again, it will be with Kieron and his team. What also means a lot is that we are in regular contact with the new owners, who simply are in heaven with their new home. This is also due to Kieron and his team looking to make it work for both parties. We sold more than a house, we sold our home....and it honestly felt like Kieron was doing the same. Kieran and his team provided an outstanding experience. They were very understanding of our circumstances. Their sensitivity and patience was much appreciated. They are good people and really took an interest in our special requirements. The sale took place under COVID restrictions and they worked very hard to engage as many buyers as possible. The result was a credit to their process and effort they all put in. I think their love and passion for what they do is the reason they are so good.

From the outset Kieran and his team understood what I needed to achieve from the sale of the property. They communicated regularly without being constantly "in your face". The information provided and advice given was always clear and explained fully if queried. Preparation of the property for sale using the tradies recommended by Kieran was money well spent and the quality of the work was excellent. The end result was a sale price well above what I hoped for. All of this achieved in a Covid lockdown. Highly recommend Kieran and his excellent team.
