Kieran consistently went above and beyond for me selling my house. From the initial estimates and market report before officially listing my house to the final settlement, I never felt like I didn't have enough information or the information I needed. Being overseas and selling, I could never meet and contact in-person or even via phone, so this speaks to how organised and open Kieran and the team were. He was professional and yet also friendly and had the heart of a local at the same time. He was also very accomodating and flexible with communicating with my parents who still do live locally, he was always clear, honest, and put them at ease as they assisted me in this process. My biggest praise was when things didn't go as planned, Kieran was always calm and came with options for answers to these problems. He was generous with his knowledge and connections so that I felt both the buyer and I got win-win situations out of the solutions. My only regret is that I initially started this process with a different real estate agent and company which wasted 3 months of my time, had I gone to Kieran from the start I'm sure my house would have been sold much earlier and with less headaches.
This property was sold to us by Kierans dad, John. We then leased it and subsequently sold it after moving unexpectedly due to family health.
